I have had my eye on these cat trees for years. I decided to finally purchase one as a Christmas gift to my cat. I spent a good amount of time deciding on an ideal tree. My Norwegian forest cat is 18.5 lbs and doesn’t do well going vertical, so I wanted something with shorter platform heights. This tree looked like it would be easiest for him so i went with it.
First impression is that quality is clearly an important value for this company, this is a very nice piece of furniture. However, the first time my cat jumped up, this post started wobbling all over. I made sure to tighten the hardware and tried adjusting the platform positions, but this post is just not sturdy. It’s upsetting because my cat won’t use the top post with how unstable it is. There isn’t much room on the first platform for my big cat to maneuver either. He looks generally uncomfortable.
I’m sad to say that I am disappointed. I really want to love this post, but the appeal for me was a big sturdy post and that’s not what I got. Maybe it’s just this specific design? Not sure how to deal with it, maybe something else would work better for me. I just can’t recommend this tree at this point.
I love how big and strong this cat tree is! I wanted to keep my future cat options open, since this tree is strong enough to last forever. I also wanted to make sure this tree was strong enough for some rowdy chonkers. They absolutely love the baskets. They are so nice and spacious that my teenage babies look like kittens again. Am hoping to buy and add one more basket to add to it for added peace and harmony.

Very easy to put together. Extremely impressed with quality and design. We welcome a Maine Coon to our family in 3 weeks and I’m sure he’ll love it. This cat tower is definitely built to last and better than any others we have seen. It is a very solid unit!
