Love the fact no construction was required and could be put into place straight away. Sam, my special black cat, loves it too. He was on it in minutes and loves laying on top catching the afternoon sun. Very safe and strong for him. Good job.
I got this for the nursery for the Maine Coon kittens that I raise. They have a lot of fun playing in it and on it. It's sturdy so I don't have to worry about it tipping over and it's ready to go so no assembly. I gave it four stars because for some reason the company doesn't include a pillow for the top like they do for the shorter model and I've often thought that a pillow there would make it easier to keep clean since I can remove it and run it through the wash.. Without the pillow, the kittens long hair builds up pretty fast and tthe kitties are missing out on an extra comfortable bed, I can order the pillow for the shorter model that's the same diameter but I feel like it should be included in the price.
The quality of the product is exceptional. It is very well made and my cats like to play between the levels, as well as scratch the sides.
